YOUR FIRST VISIT
Our goal is to gather a comprehensive understanding of your current dental health and an understanding of your medical history. We will gather relevant diagnostic information, including a clinical extraoral and intraoral examination, x-rays, and possibly diagnostic study models. There will be time to review any goals, questions, or concerns you might have. We may ask you to request records from your other healthcare providers to ensure that a truly comprehensive plan can be created.
Once we have collected the necessary information, we will make recommendations on how to best address your needs. If needed, we will also communicate our proposed care plan with your referring doctor(s). We believe in transparency every step of the way. Once a general goal is agreed upon, we will create a full treatment plan with detailed fee estimates. For large or multi-step treatment plans, we may schedule an in-person consultation with you and your dentist in order to discuss multiple options. Our financial coordinator is skilled at providing cost estimates based on your insurance coverage.
Billing, Insurance, & Financial Policies
Our goal is to provide high-quality dental care that fits your financial abilities. Your doctor will give you options in terms of the type of treatment selected, provide a detailed estimate of fees, timing, and payment possibilities so that you are able to make an informed decision on the treatment plan that best meets your needs. Our finance department will file insurance claims on behalf of our patients with almost all dental and some medical insurance carriers. Procedures are billed upon completion and the patient is responsible for all costs not covered by insurance. Please note that missed appointments with less than 24-hour notice may incur a fee.
For the patient portion of your billing, we accept cash, check, Visa, and Master Card. We are unable to bill Medicare.

Pay Your Bill
For the patient portion of your billing, we accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard in the office. If you will be paying your bill online, please follow the instruction to pay with a credit card via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to complete the transaction.
